The skills window can be accessed by pressing the "Skills" button to the right of the game window (or by pressing Alt+S). It displays a number of things related to the character, and a bar showing how much percent left until that skill increases. Hovering the mouse over a skills bar will show it's percent left. You can also toggle the display of the skill bars by right clicking it and selecting "(hide/show) <skill>". The skill window shows: Experience Level Hit Points Mana Soul Points Capacity S

Bought a char last year with 10mlvl, recently i got 11mlvl, but when i hover over the mlvl it says 10+1 loyalty, same thing happened with sword fighting.. is that how it
